Dr. Michael Cook graduated from NOVA Southeastern University in 2000 with a Doctorate in Optometry. His areas of special interest include seeing patients as young as six months of age as well as fitting challenging contact lens patients. He is certified in the use of therapeutic pharmaceuticals, and routinely treats medical eye conditions. Dr. Leslie Church is a board certified optometric physician who graduated with Dr. Cook at NOVA Southeastern University in 2000. Dr. Church specializes in primary eye care (seeing patients above age 5), diagnoses and treatment of eye disease, and challenging contact lens fits with an emphasis on dry eye patients. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the local society in Hillsborough,
